About Me
My name is Andrew Brennan. I am a visual artist/designer living in Los Angeles.
In a nutshell:
I am a creative person with skills in various fields, avoiding the limitations of any particular specialty. I am versatile and adaptable, and know how to work collaboratively towards real world.
Although I have been active in visual arts since my teens, my career has taken a bit of a scenic route, veering away from my strengths in naturalistic and comical draftsmanship, through daliances in painting, screenwriting/filmmaking, and photography. I’ve spent several years working in non-creative offices where I honed my administrative skills — multi-tasking, organization, time management, written and oral communication, problem-solving — while teaching myself various design skills and computer programs.
In recent years, I’ve found myself drawn towards web design and new media, with an interest in exploring cross-platform storytelling and transmedia brand development.
